Now Send Your E-Mail Secretly

Sometimes we send emails by hiding our email address for some purposes. Similarly, to prevent reading mail contents by intruders on internet, now we can able to hide our mail content and send to others. The website privnote.com helps for that purpose.

This website helps people to share confidential note via internet in secure form. It offers several features for sending secure email. All we need to do is, compose messages that need to be sent secretly and save it. It generates web address for that message. Then this web address alone can be sent to the receiver through email, messenger, or any other source. Only the receiver can able to read it and that too, only once. Because, after reading the message it will disappear. That is self-destroy by itself. Apart from this it gives notification to us when the receiver reads the message.

Therefore, secrecy is ensured and one who received the link only can able to read this message. Other than concerned receiver, nobody can read the message. By reading this article you will definitely get curiosity of knowing this fact. Experience it once, at least to know the technology that waits for us.

Why Is Bluetooth Called Bluetooth...............?

When two devices need to talk to each other, they need to have a handshake on various parameters before the conversation starts. The first agreement is on the medium – will they use wires, or talk over some wireless signal?

Bluetooth is one such wireless signal (protocol) over which two (or more) devices communicate over.

Strange name though isn’t it – are the bluetooth waves invisible but blue and shaped like teeth? Wrong! There is absolutely no relation between the name and the meaning.

The Bluetooth protocol was created by Ericsson (pre-Sony Ericsson) which is a major Swedish telecommunication company.

They named it after the Danish viking king, Harald Blåtand. As legend goes, Blåtand had the blessed ability to bring people negotiate with each other, and come to talking terms.

So skilled was he, that he was able to unite Denmark and Norway together! The literal translation of Blåtand means blue-tooth, hence the name Bluetooth for the protocol. It does precisely what Blåtand did – lets two wireless device to communicate with each other!

The Bluetooth symbol has Harald Blåtand’s initials inscribed into it (in Runic). The two lines sticking out of the back of the B actually represent a Runic H – thats H for Harald .The B for Bluetooth also stands for Blåtand!

Is English Language Beautiful or Really Complicated

Professor Ernest Brennecke of Columbia is credited with inventing a sentence that can be made to have eight different meanings by placing ONE WORD in all possible positions in the sentence:

"I hit him in the eye yesterday."

The word is "ONLY".

The Message:

1.ONLY I hit him in the eye yesterday. (No one else did.)
2.I ONLY hit him in the eye yesterday. (Did not slap him.)
3.I hit ONLY him in the eye yesterday. (I did not hit others.)
4.I hit him ONLY in the eye yesterday. (I did not hit outside the eye.)
5.I hit him in ONLY the eye yesterday. (Not other organs.)
6.I hit him in the ONLY eye yesterday. (He doesn't have another eye..)
7.I hit him in the eye ONLY yesterday. (Not today.)
8.I hit him in the eye yesterday ONLY. (Did not wait for today.)

This is the beauty and complexity of the English language.

5 Steps To Prevent Your PC From USB Virus

You have a USB and I’m sure that you had problem with it more than 1 time. The main reason is because of virus. And you will use antivirus software to delete these damn viruses, or might format it. But it is said that ‘Prevention is better than cure.’

I’ll show you some simples step to prevent your beloved USB from virus tongue.gif

So how can you know that your USB is infected? When you right click your USB, you will see “Autoplay” in Bold in the first line. It means that your USB has been infected with virus, 90% possibility! Because the first line should be Open or Expore instead of Autoplay Virus can be communicated to USB because it copies itself to USB and creat a file autorun.inf to activate virus itself. And it is so smart to be in hidden form.

When you insert a USB to your computer, it takes advantage of your habit of double-click on USB symbol in My Computer to break into your computer. There, it duplicates and disperses to everywhere. Their next patients are other USB inserting to the computer.

You may follow these 5 steps to make a shell for your USB:

Step 1: Check your USB’s name. For ex, your USB drive is E: and label is THANHNGOC

Step 2: Convert file system of USB into NTFS: Start > Run, type: “convert : /FS:NTFS”. For ex, with your USB in drive E, you type: “convert E: /FS:NTFS”. Note: if your USB has function of MP3 and sound record, you should skip this step, because your multimedia player can not run MP3 files in your USB.

Step 3: Create an autorun.inf with whatever content you want; even let it empty is okay. Copy that autorun file to your USB. (You may create file autorun.inf by: Click Tools on menu > > Folder Option> Ch?n View > Remove Tick in square Hide Extentions for known file types> OK. Then make a new folder and name its autorun.inf. After that, you have to come back to select Hide Extentions for known file types. Otherwise, all file names are so frustrated.)

Step 4: Right-click on the autorun file > Property > Tick Read Only, you may choose Hidden

Step 5: Prevented all access to file autorun.inf: Click Start > Run > type: “cacls \autorun.inf /D Everyone”. For ex, you type “cacls E:\autorun.inf /D Everyone” A black window will appear and it may require you to type USB label. Type its name (I type THANHNGOC) and Enter. It takes about 5 seconds to complete.

I do not say that you may prevent your USB from all viruses, but this way partly help your USB be safe to most virus infecting via USB. The last
recommend is to install a reliable antivirus software with automatic update.

Release from the shakles of the senses

All forms of meditation, all rituals, chants tapasya or suffering or simply any situation that happens to us in our day to day life amounts to only one thing.  That is, to take us as fast or as slowly as we want it, in order to realise our true selves.  That is the only difference from the life of a spritual persion and non-spritual persion.  The one who lives the life of the spirit knows that his efforts and the situations that come to him are steering him inward.  Those who have no idea about spirituality haven't figured this out yet, and are living a frenetic life, reacting to situations in daily life and complicating matters further.

Sri Krishna continues his talk to Arjuna about the man of steady wisdom.  He tells him that just like the wind that toss the sails  and the boat on the ocean, the pleasures of the sense organs drive the boat of this body into a choppy world outside.  So a Sthitha Pragnya is one whose senses are totally withdrawn from reacting to the phenomenal world of happenings and that rests itself in the awareness that helps to witness it all.

That which seems like night or darkness that the world shuns, the man of steady wisdom perceives as the divine light of consciousness.  Just as alll the rivers merge into the ocean and yet the ocean remains as it is, the Sthitha Pragnya is a steady person, despite all the objects of pleasure gravitating towards him.

When Krishna says that only that person attains peace, who does not have any desires, does not have this sense of "I-ness," and "Mine-ness" and an egotistic attitude, he is charting a scientific path for peace.  When the mind desires something strongly or is adamant about what it desires, the neural pathways in the nervous system are clogged in one particular direction.  As a result of non-use, the other neurons die a premature death.  When the channels are clogged, the mind runs in just one direction all the time -- 'I like this, I don't like this,' for instance.  This is like the pendulum swinging from left to right constantly, and never stopping at the centre for moments of quiet.

If I say, "I like chocolates." then my thoughts, emotions and feelings are trained in that particular direction.  When it becomes a regular habit, my neural networks governing other tastes soon take a back seat.  Also, too much of chocolate alone is also not good for the body.  It is the same for the other sense organs too -- when you always look at what you like, hear, smell taste and touch what you like.

In real life, the mind may like one person or object more than the rest and it works in that direction.  But when there is difference between what should be the reality and reality itself, ther is nothing but suffering.  "I would like my friend to be this way, but my friend is not the way I want him to be."  "I would like my children to be wise, but they are otherwise!"  "I would like my spouse to be more loving, but he loves another woman more".

Such problems of expectations not being met are the order of the day.  The whole idea of the Gita is to train the mind to focus on the awareness within and not get torn apart between the directions of the sense organs.

Sri Krishna concludes his talk on the yogi who attains the state of the Brahman or the cosmic conciousness which is the depth of his own being, beyond the mind.  The person who has reached such a state never suffers from the delusion that is the common lot of the human mind.  He attains that state of Brahma Nirvana or Moksha, which are different words for a liberated state of mind.  A liberated state of mind is nothing special: the difference is that it stays quiet in a state of wholeness, in tune with the consciousness and not in fragments and pieces shattered by small likes and dislikes.

This article was published on leading daily written by Swahilya Shambhavi."  It attracted me very much and I learnt lot from it.
